The position control form input function transitioned to Human Resources Services effective October 1, 2013. Lisa Neal, Assistant Director for Administration, Records and Compliance in HRS, will oversee the daily functions of Position Control. April Bell will serve as the fiscal technician responsible for processing position control forms. April has been in HRS for nearly two years, working in HRS administration and benefits and her experience will ensure a smooth transition as she assumes the position control duties.
During the transition the Budget Office staff will work with HRS to provide support and review on position control processes and procedures. Karen Peterson, Budget Officer, and Anne-Lise Brooks, Budget/Policy Analyst, will transition to a focus on staff planning and analysis.
Position control forms can be delivered to HRS via campus mail zip 1014; dropped off in HRS (French Administration room 139), faxed to HRS at 335-1259 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
