Forms


There are currently three forms used to process University position transactions:

This form can be used for all changes. It is the only form that can be used when making permanent funding changes, base value changes, or allocation changes.

For more information on the Position Action/Position Review form, please see Business Policies and Procedures Manual section 58.02.

This form can be used to make temporary funding changes to expense lines.

For more information on the Expense Assignment Action form, please see Business Policies and Procedures Manual section 58.03.

This form can be used to change the identifying description of a position.

For more information on the Position Identifying Description form, please see Business Policies and Procedures Manual section 58.04.
