Links to the general benefits model and rates to be used for estimating employee benefits are listed below.

FY 2019 - FINAL

The FY 2019 projection utilizes a salary and benefit data set from April 30, 2018. The final FY 2019 model reflects benefit rate changes that became effective in January 2019 and includes the addition of the Paid Family and Medical Leave employer contribution.

FY 2018 - FINAL

The FY 2018 model utilizes a data set from March 31, 2017. The health insurance rate increased from $888 to $913. The model contains blended rates for OASI maximum and minimum wage as described in the footnotes. The health insurance contribution breakout and updated Graduate health insurance rate are reflected in this version. There was a slight increase in the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) rate, which is a component of the most common retirement plans weighted average calculation.
