2017-19 Biennial State Budget Request

On September 16, 2016, Washington State University submitted its 2017-19 biennial operating and capital budget requests to the Office of Financial Management (OFM). These items, approved by the Board of Regents at their meeting in May 2016, represent priorities for the University.

Ratified collective bargaining agreements between WSU and the Public School Employees (PSE), Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) and the WSU Police Guild will be submitted to the Office of Financial Management by the October 1 deadline required by RCW 41.80.010. Those agreements and the associated budget forms will be available once negotiations are completed.
