Process Overview

The WSU Pullman Undergraduate Student Technology Fee funds specific technology related projects which can be completed in one (1) fiscal year (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). Revenue from this fee shall be used exclusively for technology resources for general student use. Only WSU Pullman undergraduate students pay the fee.

The WSU Pullman Undergraduate Student Tech Fee Process will take place during the spring 2026 semester.  Please see important dates below:

Hearing Schedule 

Hearings dates: January 27,29, and February 2 (if necessary), 2026. Location will be Lighty 405.

Deliberations: February 2 (if not used for hearings), 3, and 5 (if necessary), 2026. Location will be Lighty 405.
