Process Overview

The WSU Pullman Undergraduate Student Technology Fee funds specific technology related projects which can be completed in one (1) fiscal year (July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2028). Revenue from this fee shall be used exclusively for technology resources for general student use. Only WSU Pullman undergraduate students pay the fee.

The WSU Pullman Undergraduate Student Tech Fee Process will take place during the spring 2027 semester.  Please see important dates below:

Hearing dates: January 18, 19, and January 21 (if necessary), 2027. Location will be Lighty 405.

Deliberations: January 26, 28 and February 2 (if necessary), 2027. Location will be Lighty 405.

Process:
Submit request to Budget Office by January 8, 2027
